A: SmarDIY is a virtual storefront and functions similar to a crowdfunding website. Ultimately we enable members print on demand via social commerce making it fast and easy for anyone to create, sell, and distribute custom products worldwide. We have simplified the process and taken the hassle out of inventory, printing, and fulfillment of products. We even handle basic customer service; you just sit back and collect the profits!
A: The name SmarDIY stands for “Smart-Do-It-Yourself”. Mirroring and representing our company tagline/ slogan to the fullest, “Make It, Wear It, Share It, Sell It”. 
A: The archaic way of managing branded merchandise is risky business. You have to pay upfront for inventory not knowing if the design will be popular, you have to guess what sizes and colors are needed, and you don’t know how many items will sell! We have simplified the process and taken the hassle out of inventory, printing, and fulfillment of products. We even handle the customer service; you just sit back and collect the profits!

A: We carry well-known brands like Gildan, Hanes, American Apparel, Next Level, Canvas and more. What’s more, we also offer a variety of products to meet your requests, like items that are made in the U.S.A. or made of moisture-wicking material. We can also do special order product if you need them, just ask if you have a special request!
A: We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
A: Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
A: We do not at this time offer expedited shipping. All of our products are custom made in bulk and shipped via standard delivery methods.

MANAGING MY ACCOUNT

A: To modify your personal information in SmarDIY including your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to access your account and dashboard.
  2. Click ‘Settings’ icon on the toolbar, shown on the right side of the screen (you will see the gear icon).
  3. After making a change, click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes in the system.

A: Depending on the campaign type orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive 10-21 days after the campaign ends. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will arrive 21-25 days after the campaign ends.
